Meet our Dams and Sires
Our dams and sires are raised and trained here at Cotton & Gray. They are our dogs and this is their home. We tend to them attentively. We are in tune with each of their health history, temperament and mannerisms.
This instills peace of mind to our customers as to where their puppy comes from.
Healthy and happy puppies begin with healthy and happy dams and sires.
Hazel
Hazel is an AKC and APR registered standard, silver beige parti poodle. She stands 25 inches tall and weighs 50 pounds. She has the typical poodle curls, is non-shedding and hypoallergenic.
Hazel has a sweet, gentle temperament, boasts a unique silver-beige coat and carries a graceful, elegant stride. She was a dark chocolate brown parti when she was born, but has cleared to a beautiful silver beige with classic liver points. This beautiful and prized coat has been confirmed and recognized by AKC and is reflected on her AKC certificate and pedigree.

She was an easy pup to train and continues to be responsive to continued training. She loves to go for walks, run and splash in the pond. She is never far from our side, loyal and loving.
Her litters have yielded silver, blue, cream and black puppies.

Silver Pearl
Meet Pearl, an AKC and APR registered standard parti poodle. She is silver and white with silver ticking on her legs and required black points. She has the typical poodle curls, is non-shedding and hypoallergenic.

Pearl comes to us from the beautiful hills of central Arkansas and she is proving as beautiful as the grey rocky backdrop of her birthplace.
​
Pearl has a calm, loving temperament and is eager to please. She loves to play with the other pups, gets along well with all the other animals, but seems happiest with people.
​
She was a sweet addition to a little petting zoo we held, allowing countless children to snuggle, tug and pet her.
​
She is a fancy poodle, carrying genes for silver, parti and phantom.

Maybelle
Maybelle is an AKC and APR registered, standard, true black poodle. Her coat is thick and lush, giving off an impression of black velvet. She was a sweet puppy and has turned into a charming, very responsive girl, always wagging her tail and giving affection.
Her happiest place is by our side. She has clear, amber eyes and carries the classic poodle curls. She is non-shedding and hypoallergenic.
Maybelle carries genes for black, silver, parti, silver beige and apricot.

Lassie
We could not be happier with our Lassie-girl. With her beautiful, lush, apricot coat, she is a show-stopper, especially when she prances about in the evening sun. She just seems to glow. She always seems to have a smile on her face, happy and ready for adventure.

Lassie is both AKC and APR registered. She stands 25 inches tall and weighs 50 pounds.

Lassie has a beautiful conformation, is elegant with her stride, seems to always be smiling and is a smart, obedient girl.

Jack
He is most definitely a Jack of all trades. He plays baseball, is a great swimming buddy, loves to ride on kayaks, can heard goats, find lost pigs and is most definitely a boy's best friend. Cotton & Gray would absolutely not be the same without Jack.
Jack is dual registered as a designer breed with the International Canine Association, as well as with American Canine Hybrid Club. Jack is a first generation (F1) standard, cream Goldendoodle. His dam is a purebred, registered Golden Retriever, his sire a purebred, registered Poodle.
He stands 26 inches tall and weighs 70 pounds. He is cream in color, carrying a wavy to curly coat. He has been genetically tested with OFA and is clear of elbow and hip dysplasia.

Moose
Moose is an uncommon, silver F1b Goldendoodle, registered as a designer breed with the American Canine Hybrid Club. ​

He is one of Jack and Hazel's puppies. He had all the qualities we were looking for in a new sire; genetics, temperament, personality, so we decided to add him to our tail-wagging gang.
​
Moose carries the classic wavy, hypoallergenic coat, which boasts an eye-catching silver.

Joe
Joe is the picture of the classic Labrador Retriever.
​
We are so grateful to his family for allowing us the opportunity to breed our Hazel with their Joe!
He loves his family and his home, is friendly with people and other animals. ​
​
True to his breed, he is responsive to his training and loves a good hunt.
​
He is one of those you just want to have by your side, and is the kind that just wants to be by yours.
​
Combining his wonderful traits with those of Dam Hazel, we are more than pleased with their F1 Labradoodle litter, puppies that are melt-in-your-hand sweet.
